Aloe Holistics' gets with the times


The Problem


Esther from Aloe Holistics knew that she needed to take her business digital - but didn’t know how. She had previously dipped her toe in the water with help from another agency but was unsatisfied with the results. We understood Esther’s hesitation but we’re also sure that we would be able to help.

The Solution


After establishing with Esther what success looked like to her, we set about defining a strategic approach involving social media, landing pages and engaging content that could achieve her goals. We talked Esther through every step of the process so that she felt comfortable as we realised that handing over the reigns of your business is difficult at the best of times, let alone when you’re unfamiliar with a digital landscape.
 
Once we had mapped out our approach it was time to put our words into action. We set up Aloe Holistics social channels to engage the target audience and direct them to take the course of action that would be of greatest benefit to Esther’s business as per her instructions.

The Result


After the first week it was apparent that our approach was going to be far more satisfactory to Esther than her first experience with the digital world - Aloe Holistics received more enquiries than at any previous time during its operation allowing Esther to focus on what she does best - delivering quality service. Esther continues to follow our strategic approach and is enjoying her business now more than ever.
